Health Insurance

Traditional PPO and HSA plans offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Dental Insurance

Associates are offered Dental Insurance through Delta Dental USA. We currently offer a choice of two coverage levels.

Vision

Offered through VSP, Employer Vision Trust. VSP provides you an affordable eye care plan.

Company Paid Life and Long Term Disability Insurance (32 hrs or more)

Offered through Symetra. Life Insurance is 2 times your annual salary. Long Term Disability Insurance replaces 60% of your salary after 180 days of disability. Coverage begins on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Employee Assistance Program

Offered through Affiliated Employee Assistance Program. EAP provides associates with confidential counseling and referral service for a wide variety of personal or job-related problems. EAP helps associates and family members resolve small problems before they become larger ones.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Discovery House offers two types of accounts- Un-reimbursed Medical Expenses ($2500 yearly maximum) and Dependant Daycare Expenses ($5000 yearly maximum). A debit card is automatically generated, which can be used to pay for various out-of-pocket expenses. Pay that is allocated to your FSA is taken on a pre-tax basis.

401(k) Retirement Plan

Offered through Nationwide, company matches 50% of your contributions up to 6% of your salary. Eligible at the plan entry date (January 1st or July 1st) following six months of employment.

Generous Time Off

120 hours of vacation during your first year of employment. 40 hours of Sick/Personal time, given at hire and every January thereafter. 11 paid Holidays and paid Bereavement Leave.

Financial Planning

Available to all associates at no cost. There are no eligibility requirements for this benefit.

Employee Purchased Insurance

Offered through Colonial Insurance - Accident, Cancer, Short Term Disability and Life Insurance. Completely voluntary—paid through payroll deduction—transferrable.

Discovery House University

At Discovery House, we are growing, and we want our people to feel the same fulfillment through growth. So, we provide more than just job training, we have established our own University. Sessions are held several times a year, one for each job category, so that you can attend workshops on treatments, procedures, technology, and corporate culture with your peers from clinics across the country. Each Discovery House University session also includes creative recreational opportunities and social events where "associates" can grow into "friends."
